Since 2017, Darby-Norris Distillery has been working on becoming the Premier Distillery in the Central North of Tasmania. What started out as a hobby has now become our passion and we’re delighted to share it with you.  Our love for our craft drives who we are and what we do.  Handmade. Every. Single. Day.

Our Valley Gin was our first release and it a Gold medallists in the Australian Gin awards 2018 as well as a Gold medal winner at – Hobarts “Gin-uary” 2019.

Since then our range has grown and encompasses not only specialty gins but also rum, vodka & liqueurs.

We created 2Birdz Liquor Co. so we could broaden our passion to now include vodka!

Today you’ll find us at the Evandale markets Weekly & Deloraine markets monthly, with our headquarters based at 25 George Street, Scottsdale where we have a full bar and can be hired as a functions room or head online to buy from our delicious range!
