Established in 2019, Howell Property Group was created to offer a professional and totally comprehensive property service to clients who appreciate the benefits of dealing with one reliable point of contact.
After working in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2014, Director Andy Howell felt there was a gap in Tasmania for a group that could assist with all facets of property transactions whilst maintaining a premium level of communication and service. The type of service that goes above and beyond while maintaining a standard of ethics that is usually overlooked in the field.

When you combine her bubbly personality with her perfectionist, well-planned nature (she blames being a Virgo!) and her innate understanding of the psychology of real estate, Lauren makes buying and selling property a breeze.
Lauren understands that the real estate journey can be a highly stressful experience, having personally bought, invested, renovated, built, operated Airbnb’s and sold property across the Northern Tasmanian market.
She aims to make the experience as seamless as possible and is well respected for her clear communication delivered with sincerity and compassion. She is also highly regarded for her skilled negotiation to achieve the best best price for her vendors. (Just secretly, she is VERY competitive!).
