Storm’s Disability Services

Storms Disability Services (SDS) are located and servicing the North East Coast of Tasmania. Founders Gail and Dave O’Connor identified the great need for support services in the area, and created their dream to fulfil those needs – to ensure that each individual is given choice and control and strengthens their abilities to lead an independent, fulfilling life.

With any participants, we ensure that a Care Plan is developed in your early stages of being supported by us. This includes identifying your goals, creating measurable, attainable steps to get outcomes, and thinking outside the conventional box. Our team is innovative, flexible and happy to tailor supports to suit your needs, and help you flourish. We always work with integrity and respect and will ensure and empower you to have your needs and wants communicated.

The end goal, is to build our participants capacity and skills, so we work ourselves out of a job.
