A fire at a vacant house at St Leonards on Wednesday night is now believed to have been deliberately lit.
The house which was in the process of being developed was well alight when crews arrived around 9pm.
The fire is now being put down to arson.

Emergency crews have also attended a fire at Sidmouth.
The blaze was in the roof of the house on Glendale Road.
