A woman has suffered serious injuries following a crash between a truck and a car north of Launceston.
Emergency services were called to the collision between a car and a truck on Main Road at Exeter just before 3pm yesterday.
Police say the woman who was driving a Suzuki hatch was taken to Launceston General Hospital with serious injuries before being airlifted to Hobart.

Preliminary investigations indicate the woman pulled out of a business car park to turn right and has been struck by the truck which was travelling north.
There’ve been no further updates at this stage.
